Affinity purified polyclonal antibody to Rat IgG heavy and light chains (whole IgG) made in Goat and labeled with horseradish peroxidase. Product has been cross-adsorbed to mouse immunoglobulin to minimize cross-reactivity. Product is in liquid form. Each lot is tested to assure specificity and lot-to-lot consistency using GenDEPOT"s in-house ELISA assay.

Specificity/Cross ReactivityTested by gel diffusion and ELISA techniques as applicable. This product reacts specifically with rat IgG and may recognize other immunoglobulin types that have light chains in common with IgG. Reactivity to IgG subclasses has not been tested Antibodies to rat IgG may cross-react with immunoglobulins of other mammalian species if common binding sites are shared. Cross-reactivity with mouse serum has been minimized with affinity procedures.
